I'm Fully Funded (YAY) but the Trip is Postponed

I'm just jumping in here to give some quick and important updates on my upcoming mission trip to Germany. I'm headed to Konstanz to serve with a local refugee outreach ministry, and if you'd like more information, previous posts have more details. Because I have the most lovely and generous friends and family, I am extremely excited to announce that I am fully funded for my trip! I'm grateful for everyone who has given, both through prayer & through financial support, allowing me to be funded well before the deadline. Our team has continued to get together (while social distancing, of course), to pray and study together. I'm grateful for the team unity that is already being built and the way the Lord has orchestrated each of us to serve together. Continued team unity will be a huge prayer point as we move forward. Germany is Still a GO & Why I'm Running to Raise Support

Welcome back, dear friend. This is a short update to let you know I’m still going to Germany (YAY!). A lot of things have been uncertain lately due to the COVID-19 pandemic, but things are looking good for my team to travel in August.  If you’re just joining me on this journey, I’m headed to Konstanz, Germany in August with a team from my church to help with refugee outreach. We will be serving alongside a local church in Konstanz, as well as Cafe Hope ministries, which directly helps refugees acclimate to a new culture and language.  I want to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me so far through prayer, encouragement, and financial support! I'm Going to Germany!

I’m headed to Germany!! The Lord has been tugging my heart more than ever to share his good news with the world, and this August, I get to do just that alongside a group from New Life Church. We are journeying to Konstanz, Germany on August 15-26 to work directly with refugees who have relocated to Europe from countries facing war and poverty. We are partnering with the Brunoni family as they serve refugees, the persecuted church, and the German people through their Cafe Hope ministry.  I am beyond excited to be a part of this move of God in Germany. My heart is that “t hose who have never been told of him will see, and those who have never heard will understand” (Romans 15:21). As our small team partners with the Lord in preparing for this trip, I would love for my friends and family to join in prayer with us.
